Hearing a wheezing sound

My X is making a weird wheezing sound. Seem it coming from the back on the car, can hear it clearly near the rear wheels. Anyone else getting this? Car stock btw.

Maybe a flat? Sorry I don't hear anything from the rear. I would just check the suspension and the tires......something could have gotten caught up in the fender well or something.

Is it all the time, or just when moving. And does that noise get louder as you go faster? Bring it to the dealer it could be the rear diff.

probably not. i know the trans/difs in the 8 got a little loud after 10k miles on some fluid, or if the fluid level got a bit low. i was changing mine out every 9k miles so the only wheeze i ever heard was my fuel pump.

so far on the x i changed it at 9k miles, but have since put another 15k on it, and have noticed the trans getting a little louder.
just waiting to change out the diff and tranny at 30k, which will be by the end of the year.

I agree with this one, it may be the fuel pump. With rear seat removed and upgraded fuel pump, it was wheezing and slurping like crazy.
Check to see if your wheel bearings are ok too.
