Even without navi the MSRP can be nearly $38,000 with aero and SSS. If the GSR you wanted had these options then the price they gave you is very good. For someone who boasts making good money despite their age you are making a big fuss over $20 a month.

First off, I'm not boasting, I'm just saying I don't like being talked down to, without them knowing my income situation, just because I'm young. Also, what $20 a month am I making a fuss about? I laughed that they dropped the price by like 10 a month because I dont care about the monthly payment. The payment can be 600 a month for all I care. Im looking to drop the base price, because i KNOW i can get that car for low 31 or a few hundreds less, Without giving them my car. ...... Just because I can afford it, doesnt mean I'm going to blindly go in and say Yea I make so and so, therefore I Will just pay sticker.... Isnt the point of threads like How much did you pay for your Evo X all about getting us the customer the best deal we can find? I might make decent money but I'm not going to hand it out like I don't work for it..... Also, These people arent willing to work with me on finding the car I want, instead are trying to shove something i don't want. If they want a sale, They'll take what I offer because it's more than fair... Com'on now, if you got no useful info, please don't come my way bashing me. I'm just trying to get my dream car for the price that works for both the dealer and myself.

The general rule of thumb is that the monthly payments are comprised of $20 a month per every $1,000 in the total price. You want to get the car for $1,000 less than they are offering you, hence why I said $20. If they have the WW and give you that same deal then I'd take it, but if you want a better one then that's fine. It's your money and your decision.

You just seem to be really caught up on the age factor. I understand why it bothers you since I'm 19, but I also understand the dealership's perspective. When I go into dealerships, or any store for that matter, the amount of respect and attention I get is in accord with the way I present myself. Dress like a teenager and you get treated like one. Dress like you have money and salesmen are at your feet.

fyi, in the process of dealing with MA dealers myself, and had two talked into ~$500 under invoice on ~38k GSR's, plus, in your case, you can get $500 more off for loyalty, AND (heresay, but was valid last year) the autoshow in Boston should have a $500 coupon for attending (valid on certain models, hopefully the GSR is included) so you may be able to go $1500 under invoice before even talking trade. $1k for sure. Don't let them BS you, some are brutal, some are better, but they all lie.

(Auto show starts Dec 3rd no idea if 0% and loyalty will still be good, but might be)

good luck!
