The Evo X isn't "limited' because it's special or because Mitsubishi wanted it to be limited. The market for the car is small, so naturally there won't be large numbers produced or sold. Sure there may only be a few thousand in the country so you could say it is "rare," but it's not difficult to find one (just go to your local dealer) and it's certainly not difficult to purchase one at invoice.

The GT-R is limited. The Evo X - not so much.

yea i thought the evo is limited because mitsu wanted it to be limited. I wasn't getting how a car in the 30k's is limited. That makes sense now thank you, I didn't know that.

There was a post some time ago that showed ~325-350 X sold per month through May-June, I think, of 08. So you are off by ~100units/month if the trend continued.

Later, Ken

i see maybe 1 or 2 evo x's a month. none in the last 2 months, around md/va/dc. it's a rare car, not as rare as a gt-r or 911 gt2, but it's definitely not common
