How many miles does everybody have on their x so far? I currently have 23,750 miles. Notable issues are the clutch feels like its about to go and braking is alot more difficult. how long does the pads usually last on the evo?
yea i dont know my is the way it is. i hit the factory rev limiter a couple of times but thats it. i just cruise really must of the time until people drive really slow in the fast lane. to me it seems that this car cant take alot of punishment
The stock clutch should melt to butter.
Id rather people complain about a bad stock clutch than have to listen about all the broken TC's like i read about with the 8 and 9 when people were launching.

Clutch doesn't feel as good as it did, but it's still going to last me awhile.
worst part is dealing with mitsubishi dealerships.

/\/\ Suprised? I can't imagine why... I swear we need to pull up the threads from when the VIII first came out, they would look IDENTICAL.
My clutch feels fantastic, brakes are amazing, tires are shredded (f'in canyon runs) and I am as happy as the day I bought it.
Just be happy for what you got peoples, geez.

What are good tires to buy when replacing the Yokohamas considering that Tirerack sells them for over $300 each? The usual suspects: Hankooks Ventus R-S2s (which I like), Kumho MX, Falken 615s, Bridgestone RE01Rs (not cheap), the new Dunlop high performance tire?
