Update!
well its going to probably be more close to 2 years but i might not sell it.
i need to get another truck b/c i have property in oswego New York and i dont want to drive my car up there all the time from Florida (tires are too expensive and when it snows i dont want to take any chances) so im going to get a 4 wheel drive again to use for that.
also i have a boat that i cant tow anymore, and a full grown German Shepherd that doesnt fit in the car very well lol

yeah when i have to take my dog to the vet or to the pet store or anywhere i have to use my dads truck and he rarely lets me use that b/c he hates my loud exhaust if if has to go anywhere lol
but i agree, not getting rid of this untill it's dead.
im at like 10,500... and i bought the car late august. Mine's holding up very well. No issues to speak of and I am changing the oil every 3k and rotating the tires every 6k. I have been driving it a ridiculous amount and it has treated me well.
^+1. I feel the exact same way. While it's true that the car isn 't bulletproof, it's damn tough and pretty well built IMO. Sure, it's got a cheap interior, but mitsu spends money on the stuff that matters. As someone else mentioned, the clutch is too soft, but it's either that or the transfer case that's gonna go from repeated hard launches. People need to drive the car how it was intended to be driven, i.e. road racing, not drag racing. Launching an AWD car is extremely hard on the drivetrain and there's no two ways about. People need to learn how to drive these cars and take responsibility when they burn the clutch up from drag racing and not blame it on mitsu.
I drive the f'in **** out of mine! I love driving it more and more everyday, the harder you drive it the happier the car seems... love it. I launch occasionally, go to the canyons as often as possible, full throttle it around every corner, drive fast on the freeway, it just loves to be driven. And no, I do not have any tickets.
But back to the post. 4000 miles. I drive it hard. Tires look at about 40%. Clutch stinks, feels like its loosing some bite (maybe I suck).... Got a Injen COI and my Vishnu Flash is arriving tomorrow.. Might be selling the Intake soon
Car is wearing fine otherwise...
