Tsb 08-13-011

Guys, today the dealer reprogram my Evo x . The car runs a 100 % better than before. TSB 08-13-011 .

They wouldn't flash mine because it wasn't pulling the number, even though my car qualifies. They also went on to say my syncro's which crunch terribly loud and shifts rough was said to be a characteristic of the car, Marhofer is not the place to an EVO, nor was medina!

After this TSB they are supposed to put a sticker on the inside of your hood. Whether they do it or not is really up to them.

how do we know if our car qualifies? Is this for GSR models only? First i'm hearing about this. Then again I haven't been on the forums for the past 2 months...

I got mine done 3 days after I bought the car. It runs better but there are still some issues. I hope to get tuned soon so all should be good.

is this the new "high altitude flash" or the old may flash?

I was told none of the earlier flashes were available and that i didnt qualify for the high altitude reflash

Both flashes did not do hardly anything for my car. Still bucks in high rpm and is hard to start.

all this flash does is lean out the car in some areas by .02 to .04 max........ according to ecuflash at least

This is for the GSR, MR and Ralliart they just have different ECU flashes for obvious reasons.
