Did you replace the crash beams? or simply not have any at all.

Mine are gone. But AMS made a bar for the front of their car, I may end up doing the same.

I cant wait to get mine on the scale... I am excited now, after reading how much you've dropped, and I've done all those, PLUS a lot more (but adding the roll cage will offset some weight)

Great write up as always Ryan,

Cheers,

Chris

I know mine is nowhere near as light as yours...jealous. But I kept the full interior "look" for Street class because I hate gutted/caged/carbon "street" class cars.

This season will be different, most of the interior is coming out, fuel cell, removing excess metal/brackets/parts, lightweight parts, and much more...looking to lose another 300lbs

I know man...300lbs would be awesome, it's kind of a long shot. BUT...I have access to alot of cutting tools haha. We'll see, but more than likely I'll end up going a bit over the top

Haha the local dealer here is actually pretty cool, I send my salesman an email anytime I update the car. They hook me up with parts too!

Can you post picture of the interior with all the parts out? I'm curious to see how it looks...

Nice work on the car, probably the best looking X I've seen, and your car is actually my wallpaper on my work computer.

That's a good job removing weight. Maybe under 3,000 won't be too hard?
