The people arguing about running catless but owning an Evo even in stock forms are HYPOCRITES. I don't know if you bought yours new, but when I looked at the pollutant label on the window, on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most pollutant), my car was rated at an 8!! So if you drive this car OR STi, get off your effin high horse like youre saving the environment. You people are just like obese people giving others advice on how to lose weight.

+100000000000000000000000000000000000000000 Nuff said!!!!

I ran my VIII catless for 3+ years and no probs from any cops.... LOL, actually now that I come to think of it, I did get pulled over once for my passenger not having his seatbelt on and it was a bike cop... after I pulled over he comes and asks me "Is your car an 2005?" (this was some time in 06-07) i was like yea it's an 05... he's like OK. lol, nothing else... with my BIG FAT LOUD GREDDY Titanium exhaust with perrin downpipe and test pipe. I was actually very surpised he didn't do anything... lol, other than give my passenger a ticket... lol my buddy was like WTF~!!!!! lol.

the best part about the argument against the test pipe...
One medium or big Vulcan eruption makes more green house effect, then the entire human race from the beginning of the civilization...
Scientific fact , which even a Green Peace agree with...
When on the north pole the tempeture was way above the melting point, not too much car was running around catless.

"Cretaceous Period
144-65 million years ago

The global climate is generally warm. The poles are free of ice. "

and jump to some million years forward

"Pleistocene Epoch
1.8 million-10,000 years ago This epoch is best known as the "Great Ice Age." Ice sheets and other glaciers encroach and retreat during four or five primary glacial periods. At its peak, as much as 30% of the Earth's surface is covered by glaciers, and parts of the northern oceans are frozen. The movement of the glaciers alters the landscape. Lakes, such as the Great Lakes in North America, are formed as ice sheets melt, and retreat. Global warming begins after the last glacial maximum, 18,000 years ago."

Just for things to think about when we blame the catless cars for global warming.

Every time I drive around with my QTP cutout open, a bird falls out of the sky and dies...

Is that normal?

Sounds like you should be driving a Prius not a Evo.

agree 100%. Any evo or STi owner is in no position to be preaching about clean air and global warming.
