So here's what happened:

I got a set of DDM H11 HID kit. Took off bumper, disconnected fog harness, took out OEM bulbs. After that, I put in the 3000k HID H11 bulbs, connected the harness, used the included HID harness for the ballast. What I forgot to do was connect the fog harness to the CAR...so when I turned it on, obviously nothing happens but afterwards, I connected the fog harness to the car, and it STILL won't turn on! I checked the fuse and it's not blown, what else can I do as far as troubleshooting goes? I've read the fog light HID DIY and it sounds easy...but I can't get this damn thing to turn on...

Oh and when I switch it on, the gauge cluster does show my fogs as being "on" but my HIDs are apparently still off.

 

flip the connectors so its apparently "plugged in the wrong way" and they should fire right off.

It should be only that or you recieved 2 bad ballast
