Oh, I am SO back, suckers!
I feel bad for people that have problems with their aero kits. Mine had been perfect since they day i got the car. Maybe i was lucky and got the one they used to train the dock workers on and so it was put on by someone who cared.
What you need to do is pull the tweeter cover off from the top and you can see what's going on.
At that point, take a phillips and unscrew the tweeter. There is a carrier that comes off the tweeter, so take that to the store with you when you shop. You'll be able to find a tweeter that will fit in that carrier. If not, use an adhesive backing and stick them directly to the back of the tweeter and overlap the cover so they facing into the cabin.
It might sound confusing typed out, but it you pull it, its really, really easy. You don't have to pull the door card or anything. It takes 3 seconds to pull that tweeter cover, just don't pull too hard as the wires will still be connected in the harness.
As far as sizing, I think my tweeters are about an inch and a half diameter.
Hey, congrats, car look nice. Much better looking than the 135! Just get some cheap $5 mud flaps at O'Reilly, they work just as well as the high dollar ones. Black ones, and it will be very unobtrusive.

Spent a combined total of nearly 5 hours cleaning, polishing, wheel waxing the past few days. This color is really hard to shoot. All I have is a crappy point and shoot Olympus, so that might be why.
