Anybody else?

Every so often my headlights will turn on when I unlock my doors, both with the key, and through the FAST handle.

I still haven't figured a way to force this to happen, but does anyone have an explanation for this?

Hmm.. I haven't had a problem like this yet. I'm not sure. I'm guessing the ignition is off when you do unlock the doors.

But is there a way to unlock all the doors with the fast key instead of just the driver door? Is it supposed to do that or is it problem?

 

I only had this happen to me one time... I think it happens when you happen to pull the handle RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of the lights flashing while the system is unlocking, and the headlights switch is on.

 

you can set the fast key to either unlock the one door or all doors. i have it set for all doors. it's in the manual.

as for the lights coming on... i have no clue. But then again i never leave the headlights switch "on". i can see how they would come on when you unlock the car if the switch is on.

 

I was wondering if this could be done, I guess if I looked in the manual I would've found out earlier.

i believe you can change whether or not the alarm sounds off when you lock/unlock too. very educational stuff i tell ya.

 

I'm not trying to force this to happen, and I'm not trying to unlock/lock certain doors.

What I'm saying is sometimes when I press the unlock button, whether on the fob or the handle, the lights would come on.

I'm guessing it's a glitch.
