i guess i must be the different one. Because if i drive around with just the front windows down it much more noisier and more wind in the face

if i put down all 4 windows lot less wind and wind noise

buffeting from just having the rear two windows down can perforate your tympanic membrane (i.e., eardrum). your hearing will never fully recover.

i keep NOTHING loose in my car because i like the windows down.

I'm disappointed in how turbulent it is with the front windows down. Those huge side mirrors must be poorly-designed. I've never seen anything like it in any of the other cars I've had. If you want the windows open, you're practically required to open the rears to reduce the turbulence (although it doesn't help much). I've been tempted to drive around with the side mirror folded to see if the mirrors are actually the cause or not, but haven't gotten around to it.

Opening only the rears causes buffeting. There's no good configuration. However, if you crack the fronts an inch or so each you can fully open the rears without buffeting. Unfortunately, this produces a non-stop blast of air to the face, which isn't a whole lot better.

yeah i hate all the wind in the face with just the driver side window down. I usually open the back window all the way or at least halfway.

Didn't finish all of the chips so i folded the bag and put them in on the back seat floor out of harms way. Well, so i thought. Cruising down the highway the bag decided it didn't want to be in the car anymore. It moved around the back seat a bit floating around spilling it contents everywhere. Then proceeded to dump the rest of its contents in the front of the car and then floated out the window after almost smacking me in the face.
Now my car is covered with chips.....awesome.
Just a funny story for the weekend. Hope you enjoyed.
This happened to me a long time ago right after I signed up for the Army. I was leaving the recruiting station and started driving on North ave in Chicago and all my paperwork flies out the window! So I had to pull over and chase my paperwork through the street! It had all my info and socials on it so I couldn't just let them go. But I managed to get them all, even if I did look like a dumass running around in the street.

This is why i love two door cars with the back seats out... Everything gets sucked in the trunk when having both windows down... haha
