EVO X roof
are the evo and lancer roofs the same on the X's? I ask because i've ordered a bike roof that lists that it will fit an 08 lancer, but didnt list the evo model. I'm assuming it's the same.
no, the evo has an aluminum roof, there are 2 bumps that run along the length of the roof on both sides. if you do a search i think the corolla roof rack will worn on the x, not sure if the lancer one will.

Its dark, so i can't go check my car out. But aren't the ridges on the inside of the gutter? and if so they shouldn't get in the way of the hooks, should they? Here are a pic of the way the hooks work....
