I had the same experience where I live as well. I took my evo X in for the recall and a reflash for the fast key. They first told me it would be two hours or so, and they could shuttle me around if I had somewhere i wanted to go. After I had them drop me off at a local retailer, they called me stating that it would be 2-3 days before it would be ready. My first response was, what are you going to give me to drive? They gave me the same song and dance, we don't supply loaner cars. I spoke with the salesman I bought my car from and told him that it was crazy to expect me to be without a car for that long. He spoke with his manager and gave me a used 08 base lancer, atleast it had the Rockford sound system.

Depends on the Dealership I was told no way to a loaner by one. But the other offered it right away. The crazy thing is they are owned by the same guy.

 

ok this is for all of guys out there before you even buy a car make sure that dealer have loaner car so when u nedd your car service that may take couple of days u get one its not true that only high end car have loaner that bs unfortunately most dealers have non,,,so next time when u purchase ur next car ask them and to show you they do have loaner car
