Whats you think guy? Should i go ahead get it? I heard previous owner didn't drive that much. I looked at the bay and its all stock and interior seemed to be pretty good conditions. Give me you opinion. Thank you

Beware when purchasing a used Evo w/ that amount of mileage. If you do wish to purchase a used vehicle, I would suggest purchasing a used one from a fellow evo owner.

There are times when a forum member would consider selling their Evo due to hard times and in pristine condition. Some members could even vouch for it.

Good luck.

19500 miles in one year doesn't indicate that it wasn't driven much. i drive mine a sh!tload and i just turned 18k in 13 months.

That's a LOT of miles for one year, so if someone said it wasn't driven much they're lying.

Give us more details. If it's a base GSR, that's a horrible price. You can buy a new one for $1-2k more. What options/packages are on the car?

Average mileage per year is 10,000-12,000 miles.

I think, more recently its 12,000-15,000. And depending on when the vehicle was actually purchased that mileage isn't that far off.

This is really the way to go, imho. As long as you qualify for the 0%, get it new. Now I will tell you I bought my IX used, but they were getting hard to get at the time and it is a BR330. Dealers around me were adding $3000.00 to $5000.00 to sticker at the time. If I was looking at a X at this time I would negotiate the price, too. Cars are not all that easy to move right now. Anyway, good luck with your purchase.

I'm sure you can find a used X with a lot less miles for a similar price. As others have said, 19,500 miles in one year is a lot.

yeah 19,00 miles in one year is a lot, but didnt this car come out in late 2007 not in 2008? So if this last owner had it in 2007 19,000 miles inst terrible.

I say if you like the car, work the dealer down to 23K by showing them you can get a new one for 27.

Good luck, Travis

^ I agree, in CA... best deals you can find is $8K off MSRP w/ 0% APR combined (although, base GSRs or with SSS only are usually no longer available at this price)

That's where you're wrong. This car DID NOT come out in 2007. It came out in early 2008. If it was the first one off the lot, it would of been Feb. Otherwise it was mostlikely after that, maybe April/May. And again, that's if it was bought right when they came out.

It's not an abnormal amount of mileage, but it is a decent amount. I drove 18K per year in my '03 Evo. I now drive about 10K per year since I moved. If he had to drive 20-30 miles per day to work, then it is possible.

Quick Reply: Dealership has 2008 EVO X GSR for $25k that has 19,500 miles.
