Dude we need to catch up, I missed the fact you went back to an Evo X. I was like WAIT WHAT? No longer the 1 Series. How far behind in time am I? LOL.

I am at over 17k on stock clutch, I'm sure plenty of people made it further. Still feels like day 1 with the clutch. Don't think it will be any different from my EVO IX that got over 70k miles on stock clutch with multiple hard road course days and still felt like a new clutch when I traded it in.

Getting a new clutch really soon, just to have one that grabs a little bit harder.

43,*** (closer to 44 than 43)
stock clutch, changed brake pads once, just did 4th tranny/diff fluid change last week, third set of tires, original factory flash (0015) and been putting down 300whp (untuned on the mods in my sig) for the last 20,000 miles.

do you track your car or are you just bad at driving a manual?

Serious. I have done 5 track days on the OEM clutch. Either bad driving, bad track experiences or something way worse is going on to tear up that many clutches...

Push clutch in all the way to bump stop on all upshifts. Don't launch. It should live a really long time.

when i am really easy on my clutch which is most of the time, when i start going in 1st gear, i let the clutch grab at about 1200-1500rpm, but it always bogs to 1000rpm or sometime lower and i can barely accelerate until the rpms get back to 2k or so, is this normal

Whew, just turning 13k on mines don't make me feel so bad now. Stock clutch, stock tires. Holding up really good, just a little noise in the tires now (haven't rotated them yet). But once winter comes, I'm putting her away and driving the Civic for the 8 months of winter we have here in WI.

I at least want to have her paid off before I roll 50k.
