lol, the TC-SST is made by Getrag

 

I think the point is that in standard form and in super sport mode, the SST has a bad habit of overheating and shutting down to limp mode after ~10 minutes of aggressive driving. In a 24hr race, that would have some obvious negative side effects. Thus, whatever Getrag and Mitsu worked out to put in these bad boy is somehow different than whats in our MR's

EDIT: It's also worth pointing out that the car pictured has no fog lights

woop de doo, the car probably has a larger tranny cooler. Their are a few ones out now anyone can buy on the after market
