10-mile freeway to work, I normally cruise at 75mph with or without radar/laser detector.

16 miles to work everyday, i cruise about 80-85 with radar. dallas cops suck

man all these people complaining about engine noice i love engine noise and exhaust notes and the evo isnt even loud get ur hands on a 383stroke camaro with straight pipes then go to ur evo like i did an u wont even this the thing is on i add a cold air and blow off and exhaust just so i could hear the damn thing working haha

+1. I think my GSR is very quiet overall. In heavy traffic with the windows down, I need to look at the tach at stops to make sure the thing is still running. Compared to my 462CI Big Block Buick with Goerlich Exhaust, the EVO is very tame and subdued as far as noise. Very enjoyable to me.

In my MR at 70 mph im at about 3k rpm. Its plenty loud enough

cruising at 60-65, cops in houston texas is horrible!... too many of them. my friend got a ticket on 59 for driving 73mph...god these cops suck.

My MR seems to settle in nicely around 80. If I'm not paying attention and I look down at the speedo I'm inevitably doing around 75-80MPH.

65-70 on flat level, if its downhill then 80, uphiill then yaa... 50 =), anything to maximize MPG =D

When does everyone shift into 5th gear when just driving around in econo mode?
If its flat I complete the shift at 40mph.
