So, just push it to the passenger side and it should equal out??

 

I think i know what your talking about. Maybe you broke one of those white little piece stick on the bumper. Its like a stick looking thing and it clamps right on to the fender when you press in the bumper to screw on the screw on the side. Maybe it broke off or it doesnt clip on anymore. Thats what happen when i changed my bumper from a 8 to a 9. The 9 bumper didnt havce that clip thats why it was hanging.
