In motorsports, most of the time, cost and the performance go hand in hand.
well i got the rail today and this is what i got

i have been on the phone with cosworth and the only differece we can find is the box that it is shipped in
mine was plane brown
and cosworth says theres are shipped in a white box that says coworth on it
fittings look the same that cosworth now uses
other than mine came with crush washers and they use orings for the end fittings
so with all this cosworth and myself cannot say for sure if it is cosworth or not
so now i dont know what to do as far as filing with paypal to get my money back or not

Yeah it's not authentic. In any way. At all.
There's no leaning towards it being authentic, it's clearly a counterfeit product. If it's shipped out of China it's a bootleg imitation/clone/copy of the cosworth fuel rail. There's no ifs ands or buts. No amount of ignorance is going to turn this into an authentic rail.
BTW you don't want to rely on a crush washer rather than an o ring when it comes to high pressure fluids, especially when they are flammable and could potentially cause a fire.

...but it's not real. If you bought it from that same ebay seller out of China you don't need to waste your money, its fake. I'm willing to bet the price they sold it to you for including shipping is less than the actual cost a vendor would pay if they bought the item in bulk directly from Cosworth.
