I know you will be happy with either one you choose, I think the 2010 has more cosmetic upgrades thats all. As for power over the other one, it would be hard to tell unless you plan on keeping it stock. Most guys start modding as soon as they get the car so in the end it will have more power with a good tune.

You could get an 08 and just get the RA lights like I did, but if thats going to be that deciding factor, get the 2010. Most guys like looks over anything, I would go for the deal over anything.
