Battery help

Can you guys recommend a battery replacement thats readily available like at pep boys to replace the stock? mine dies if i park the car for more than a week. Today its so dead my alarm wont even work

sounds like a larger issue than the batter, their is really no reason why your battery should be giving up the ghost like that. My car was only turned over once per month while I was in Iraq and my wife never once had an issue with the battery. There may be an issue with the alternator not properly charging the batter. Either way I would try and have the warranty department deduce the issue.

Sounds like you have parasitic drain, do you have any extra electronics installed? defiantly take it to get a tech to check it before you buy a battery and then find its doing the same thing.

OP, did you search? Click on Advanced Search and put in Battery Dead and choose Lancer Evolution X forums.

This has been discussed several times. The stock battery dieing is a somewhat common occurrence with the Evo X. The answers are already in this forum.

Did you go to your dealership yet?
