7600 is when you'll hit fuel cut. You can turn it up when you have the car tuned. Anything over 8k is trying your luck without upgraded springs.
The stock turbo stops making power above 6500 (sooner if you're not tuned). There's just no point to rev it out without a turbo upgrade.

No sir you are wrong. If you have a dyno graph of your car and your cars power stays steady from 6600 on, or you start loosing power it makes no sense to stay in that gear. Dyno graphs are good to figure out where your perfect shift point is.
