Random Idle Rev w/ Video

Is this normal?

I started the car up (it had snowed recently) and went about cleaning the snow and ice of the car. Got back inside, and noticed the car doing this while it was warming up. It would do it once every min or so and it did it about 5 or 6 times before I drove off.

So is this normal? Its the first time I have driven the car when its this cold. Mods are on my sig.
(First time using iPhone vid, still a noob)

The rev isn't until 00:36 or so

I had this happen only a little more up and down jumps on start. I ignored it but this is what may have led to my CEL this morning and now the car just stays idling at over 2 grand.

When its cold, I get a little fluctuation and when parking after a long drive, it sometimes holds a little high, but no CEL or wnaything like that yet. good luck

mines does this too but it is due to my Cold Air intake. If its to hot the car idles crazy and even stalls out, if its cold and i turn on the heat the idle jumps every so often, I just need a tune and Heatshield.

the defrost function will do that, as stated it runs the ac compressor which will make the engine compensate for the load.
