Stockers, He pulled out at the last second, I tried to push my brake through the floor, apparently was not enough.

But I must say he was a very kind and innocent old man, I feel rather bad even though it was his fault.

Any one have any idea why when I let my clutch out in 2nd gear the car didnt shut off?? I had to turn the key to turn the car off.

I feel you man, Physical losses can be replaced, My parents divorced when I was 4, and my dad just went through a second divorce, I can see the kind of emotional toll it takes on them and I can't relate to your pain. Best of luck to you, you will find someone else.

I'm guessing that something in the tranny broke.

It could be that all the power was leaving through your 1 broken wheel, but I would think something in the center diff or front diff would prevent this. So I'm leaning toward the tranny broke.

Damn and you just waxed that baby up the other week!

I really think elderly drivers should be tested at least once a year to see if they should retain driving privileges. My friend's Integra was really f'd up because of an elderly guy and there have been several occasions where my car was almost hit by elderly drivers. Last month an old man was an inch away from coming right into me switching into my lane. I stomped on my brakes and my tires skid and the old fart did the same and he just looked at me like I did something wrong. Another time at two lane left turn stop light I was in the inner lane and an elderly woman was in the outer lane. The light turns green, we both begin to go, and she begins to cut into the inner lane through the turn as if I wasn't there. WTF.

ughhhh I feel for you.

I spent like ten minutes looking at your "before" pictures before I realized you had a set of "After" pictures. I couldn't see any damage, then I scrolled down, and was like "OHHHHH"

Im pretty sure your car will be totalled, i got into a lil accident and just had to replace 3 rims and tires, side skirt, right front axel and it was about $10,000 to fix. Rims were crazy expensive i think i got $2,400 just for the 3 rims. Good luck with everything tho.
