As far as using your own EVO, what's the cost of two sets of tires? I'll hazard to guess it's more than the 900 bucks.

I'm signed up. I'll let y'alls know what I thinks of it afterwards.
Exactly... tires should be at or around $800 bucks no mounting, no balancing, and then comes brakes at or around $400 bucks... $995 is actually a bargain!

Well, now that's news! I was thinking about doing a 3-day Karting thing this Summer since it's a lot more seat time...maybe I'll do both.

When you consider you're bashing someone elses car to learn how to drive it and not paying tires, brakes or anything else, it's far from expensive...

There's just as much expense in airfare, car rental to/from the track and airport, hotel and hookers. Can't go to San Francisco and not support the local hookers. That would be un-American.

I would fly out for this.
My buddy who races a 65 Shelby did their open wheel Lola course and loved it. I can probably put together a group of 3 from SW Ohio. I was going to tour the place last year when I was in San Francisco with family but alas it Muir Woods or a tour of the school on the last day (and wives were in tow).
