Help... My x turns over but wont always fire up

So.. Ive had my car for almost a year and randomly their will be times where the car will turn over but wont fire. It doesn't matter what the weather is cause it has done it in the summer and winter. It usually doesn't do it the first time I drive it in the day but it will do it later in the day when I go to drive it. Any ideas what the heck is wrong with my car????

Changed your fuel pump relay? I believe one of the TSBs specifically mentioned a cold start issue. The "blue" relay is only like 10 bucks from several retailers.

Not sure if that's the issue, but worth changing anyways.

Any mods to the car?

Is your car tuned? I had this problem before I had it tuned...there's something wrong with the stock tables.

Its pretty much stock all I have is an intake. It's done is since I've bought the car. It randomly does it so the dealer wont do anything about anything unless I can replicate it... Oh yeah the oil light comes on if that helps any

There's a difference between "recall" and "TSB". In this TSB here:

http://www.lancerforums.com/forums/s....php?p=5816650

It's a reflash. Have you gotten that?

Also, there's a TSB, can't find the number currently, but it basically swaps the fuel pump relays for a new "blue" relay. Have you done that?

Is the reflash the one that is suppose to help with the horrible idle and the loss of power around 5000 rpm
