new exhaust makes interior vibrate.
For any exhaust there is always an RPM where resonance occurs; this is normal and will be enhanced when you remove the OEM exhaust. Totally normal..let the car sound like a beast and enjoy.

I have a greddy TiC and it doesnt vibrate at all, but when i put it in at first there was a metal tab from the O2 wire routing that was buzzing against my downpipe, had to go under there and bend it back
I also have this problem, it does sound like the exhaust is hitting the drive shaft but it's not confirmed, i looked at the drive shaft and saw nothing...can someone show me which heat shield you guys are talking about removing?
Your 40K car came with an exhaust designed and engineered by a team of 4 year degreed mechanical engineers. It was designed and tuned to prevent vibration etc. and the whole car was subjected to testing in different climates and road conditions over a long period of time. You replaced the exhaust with an aftermarket part and now you blame the car?
check the metal tabs that hold the o2 wire (used to)
Hello, I'm dealing with such kind of drones/vibrations on my evo x mr. It's around 2500 prm. I got custom exhaust - wide downpipe, test pipe on 3" and catback on 3"with 2 mufflers. Last days I got additional resonator. The loudness is fine, but the vibration (now is less) is still there. It feels like the trunk amplifies all this sh*t. It is fine - this is Evo, but as a DD when on long trip it is kind a boring and I can't get use to it.
Did someone got experience with soundproofing the tunnel (outside) or soundproofing the trunk and the floor.
