Hangers are fine. All the exhaust is checked. The vibration is normal for 3"pipes. I know this is not audi or bmw, but I want it fixed I can isolate the whole car, but soundproofing sheets are heavy, that's why I need advise from someone how did the trunk or tunel isolation (outside).

You can get lightweight dynamat and coat your entire trunk for under 4lbs.

If that is significant weight to you then um...lol.

I dynomatted the trunk and under the rear seat, it helped but nothing dramatic. These cars noisy and thats just how it is. If this is your biggest problem I cant wait for the "help my whole dash is rattling apart" thread.

Did you do the whole trunk or just the floor. My idea is to put isolation (vibration) on the whole floor. According to me, the reason is that the Evo got no isolation of the floor. I also think about some shield under the car, above the cans.
I'm getting used to it, but I want evo with some comfort for long trips. Everybody says get s4 yaah, s4 v6t is not bad, but there's nothing like evo!

Why anyone would want to take an evo on a long trip is beyond me. Just rent an Altima or something comfortable that gets good mpg.

That makes as much sense as driving a semi to go get groceries.

If I want economy I have 2.0tdi 184hp that is prety good(50mpg) but that's not the point. I like my evo and want to make it to suits me.
My exhaust project by JS
And again on the point - the evo now sounds like gt-r - it's awesome. I just need some decibels less in the car

This is hilarious. "I put on an exhaust...now the car vibrates." Yes, sound waves tend to do this. Now there is a huge difference between vibration and rattling. One is normal, one is not. However, the evo is known to rattle from the factory so discretion is necessary.
