*UPDATE* Anyone here upgrade reverse/plate lights to LED?

Anyone here replace their stock bulbs on the reverse lights & your license plate lights with LED? Like you see on the new Cadillacs.

If so can you post pictures & recommend me somewhere I can buy them? I've looked on google, but am a little confused because of the amount of results that come up.

Reverse bulbs: 7440 (I think)

License Plate: 2825

I found these and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them as far as longevity/brightness goes?

*UPDATE*

Well I got my LED bulbs for my plate the other day so I figured I'd post pictures in case anyone was interested in getting them.

Love the way they look. Just a nice white clean light. They are pretty bright, much brighter than stock yellow bulbs. Looks badass when you cruising on the highway behind the car at night because it lights up a nice amount of road directly behind the car. Can't go wrong for the price. Nice cheap mod.

*Despite them looking blue in the first pic(camera phone), they are actually pretty white like the second pic. Camera "white balance" issue

i used to have license plate led bulbs, they were super bright, they actually shined down onto the road. as for reverse lights i wouldnt suggest it because LEDS arent good for lighting distance- only bright so when u look at them they are bright but when ur backing up u wont see better

I was going to put LED reverse lights on my truck, but when I tried em out, I realized the original bulbs allow you to see MUCH better at night. Definitely not worth it.

i had these on my 02 bmw m3 and 05 hemi jeep from vleds and they worked awesome and then i bought a set of these for my evo that lasted a month and another set that lasted maybe a month. V-leds i thought was decent quality but my evo seems to hate them.
