Never had that issue, but you can pop the center console open very easily and check if everything behind is connected firmly.

To take the center console apart, all you have to do is pop the little coin tray out with your hand, then face your palm toward the front of the car and yank up on the cup holder portion so it pops out, then you'll have access to the screws to take off the part where the cigarette lighter is. It's easiest to unscrew your shift knob so you can lift the panel off easier.

Check your fuses too to make sure they are firmly in place and not smoked.

its probably your charging cord. a fuse only blows when it draws too much current, IE if your charger jumped the gap between the 12v center pin and ground sides or a coin fell in there. i've seen that at work all too many times. with how simple of a circuit this is, its the only thing you should question

If the light is flashing sporadically rather than rhythmically then it's probably a loose connection. Does it happen while driving? That would make sense if it does. If it does it while stationary then I'm not sure.

Have you tried this? I've never had any trouble with mine, but this was my first thought.
