Review of my 6262 set up.
Review of my 6262 set up.
Finally got my car tuned with all the mods in my sig except the BOV. I went with the ETS 6262 with a .63 hot side. I am very impressed with this turbo. People always talk about lag but I find I dont mind it at all. We saw 20 lbs by 4500 and full boost of 25 lbs at 4900 ish. The car starts pulling well at around 4000 and just keeps getting faster and faster. I plan on building the engine next year and going back to E85 to hit my goal of 650 AWHP. In the mean time I think I have found a great DD combo. It made 425 AWHP on GST's dyno which is not known for inflated numbers. Stock cars make 220 ish so I picked up over 200 on 91 octane. I am making great power on crappy CA pump. I also seem to get much better gas milage than the stock turbo. A little more time will tell for sure. And I feel making 425 at only 25 lbs of boost will help the car last until my rebuild. Overall I am loving this set up. Only problem I have is the open dump and my turn down exhaust are making for a very loud combo. Here is a link to the graphs posted by Bryan at GST.

Sorry no vids yet. And yes its big, its loud, and its fast. As stated before the lag is not what most people make it out to be. I love the set up. Oh and BTW a turbo this size on 91 hitting full boost by 4900 is pretty impressive. I think the .63 hot side really helps with the spool.
