JDM RHD premium edition 5 fwd so all the controls for ayc, afs and intercooler spray are on the center console. I dont have cruise control. My owners manual is also in japanese. Started having my water meth coolingmist kit installed today. Kit not finished installed. Picked up the car. The cruise light which i didnt even know i had is on? they told me they removed the ceter console to run some wiring. Please any suggestions.

 

Sounds like they frakked up the wiring. I'd take it back and have them trace it down.

 

you/someone must have connected the cruise control wires to the ECU by mistake.

I would just disconnect the ECU for a bit to reset it

 

What do you mean by FWD?

Any idea why my car would have a cruise light and no cruise control.. must be like a standard dash? I guess i will have to ask them to recheck all their wiring.

 

yes standard dash, standard code in the ECU.

I would reset the ECU first (by disconnecting it for 20 mins), then see if it comes back...
