yup, same here, was there today. I told them about the TSB 10-13-002 and they won't change the four relays under warranty unless the car is not working properly. Plus, they didn't have any clue about the fuel pump relay issue (which is not addressed by any recall/TSB yet). Had to buy the relay. $18.22CAN . Cheaper than ordering it from the web with the shipping fees...

so how do i check if the dealer installed it or not? am i looking for a green or blue relay in the relay box? i remember going in for a fuel return recall but not sure if they fixed the relay issue as well. i doubt it since people say it's not mandatory.

my car didn't turn over twice, once during the winter and once during spring. could this be the cause?

ok, noob question here. how do you pull the relay out? Do you just pull hard on it or do you have to unclip it by sticking something in the small hole next to the relay?

I never had to change a relay or fuse before.

edit: I figured it out. lol first time I tried it, it felt like I was about to pull the whole fuse box out of the car...
