Would be funny if they had fat stig on the show and no to Ken Block I'd die from the slow motion shots.

top gear UK wouldnt be that great without Jeremy. They only review one or two cars per show, have a star, and do some long challenge. but what makes it fun is the comments mostly from Jeremy. I will still watch this US version, and decide if im gonna watch more after 2 episodes (if they make it that far)

Without the Stig, where's the credibility? Celeb drivers in 'reasonably priced sedans'? I think not. I think this is a top gear for US cars -- lamed and tamed.

That was the whole point with Carolla I thought. Losing him seems like a step in the wrong direction. He may be annoying to some, but he is at least a "Car guy".

Why don't they just broadcast the damn real version here, rather then try and make some gay *** rip off?

Bah, it just won't be the same if it's not Clarkson, Hammond, and May.
They should just air that version here lol.

meh...this is more like 4th gear. Top Gear UK is the best. Fifth Gear is second best. So U.S. version should be called Fourth Gear. It just wont be the same without Jeremy Clarkson.

if you want BBC Top Gear, go watch BBC Top Gear--no one is taking it away from you.

alternatively, if you want to watch a similarly themed show that involves hosts and guests you've actually heard of, cars you can actually buy here, and roads/areas of the country that you can actually go to as an American, watch this.

or just watch both...?
