Bad Fuel Pump

I bought HB Speeds Fuel Pump Housing with a Walbro 255 fuel pump. I got it installed back in May. Everything was good. A couple weeks ago, my car started to act up once it hit 20psi. I talked to my tuner and he said try new spark plugs. I got new OEM spark plugs, but it didnt help. So I took it to my tuner, he did everything he could think of. He determined it was the fuel pump. We hooked up a pressure gauge to the fuel line. Once the fuel pressure got near 50psi it would just crap out below 30psi. Anyone else experience this or have any ideas? I called HB Speed and they told me to call Walbro to get it warrantied. I can never get ahold of Walbro.

It'd be quicker to just buy a new one and try it. $80-90.

Could it be the faulty OEM fuel pump relay and not the pump itself?
