Best plugs for the X?

Hey all... i'm going to replace my plugs, and read that the OE's are just as good as anything else out there. I'm just wondering if that is true, or if not what would be better? Either way, were do you all order yours from?

hey guys... none of my local auto stores carry the plugs... I went to Oreily's website and they gave me a list, but I don't see a part number... can someone tell me from this list? http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/se...&mn=NGK&mc=NGK

actually, this says it will fit... I always heard Denso made NGK http://www.amazon.com/DENSO-Iridium-.../dp/B0032YA4PW

These being 32.00 a set for all 4, saving 20.00 is also ok with me

Be careful! Those plugs listed there are NOT for an 4B11T acccording to the specs in the posting:

"DENSO Iridium Spark Plug, 14mm Thread, 19mm (3/4") Reach,"

The X uses a thread length that is longer than 19mm.

sorry... I just thought the Denso were just as good for a little less money... maybe I should just get the OE ones from Mitsuparts.com, I wanted to try to find them for less than 13$ a piece.

I'm not saying anything bad about Denso plugs nor am I saying that plug number is not correct.

What I am saying is that if that plug is a 19mm reach, THAT is wrong. Check it first. The X engine uses a VERY long threaded plug - Thread Size: 12mm X 26.5mm long.
