Humidity and Clutch
Humidity and Clutch
Lately with the humidity in Jersey my clutch has been acting up a little. It feels a lot more softer than in regular driving conditions then it goes back to normal the next day when it is perfect outside. I'm still on stock clutch and my brake fluid is normal. Does temperature/humidity affect the fluid viscosity? If I had bubbles, wouldn't the clutch never go back to normal? Plate condensation?

It's probably just the moisture on the flywheel, pressure plate, and clutch disc. My wife's WRX clutch acts up a bit in the moisture too.
Look into removing your clutch restrictor pill, it will greatly improve the engagement consistency.
