On Tilton Twin with HTOB.

Currently i facing problem with my clutch.
Im not sure where the fault ... Really need advise & help.

The clutch pedal when depress for a long period it will sink in to the wall.
Daily drive will have to depress & shift in gear as fast as possible.
While reversing will be the terrible as it will sink & stuck . Have to wait for awhile before the pedal back to normal.
Everyday i have to top up the clutch fluid. No leak check on the clutch pump or so.

So where could be the fault be

Sounds like your HTOB needs to be rebuilt.

Any idea how can i purchase tilton htob rebuild kit?

 

Look up the seal kit for your TOB. Did you try to bleed it and locate the leak in the system?

 

Once i pop open the trans box then c if it tob issues.. Ard next week..thank for yr reply mate ^^
