need help with dv

I just got my forge dv. I want to put it on my car in the next few days but I assume I will need to adjust it to meet the cars boost level. It sais the spring is meant for 7psi turned out all the way and for every two clicks. One click being a 360 degree turn is 1 psi of boost. So what does the evo x run for stock boost levels? 14 or 16. Or a different boost? Or are the forge dv set from factory to handle the boost stock?
