Neither do much - if you goal is HP then get a tune.

What's so "right" about vband? There's only one exhaust that I know of that uses vband, and it's only on one connection, I don't see it out performing or out lasting other exhausts...

Exhaust, fuel pump, and buy some T-Bolts for the stock I/C piping and get a tune.

Definitely exhaust. Just like what total0wnage wait till you compile more parts unless you are willing to pay again for another tune once the mod bug hits you again and you get something where you definitely need a tune to keep the car running smooth.

V-band is nothing special, it's just another style of connecting flange. The main benefit, if they are quality V-bands, is less chance for leakage and quicker to disconnect. 2-bolt exhaust flanges work fine though, just use quality gaskets and tighten them properly.

If one was to get a tune after getting intake and full turbo back exhaust... would they need another tune after putting on full intercooler piping?

Most likely not, IC piping won't change much.
