lol you seriously want them to honor the warranty with the mods you have?? Small mods or heavy mods, its still mods.

It's been sitting in my garage since I drove it home from the stealership. Thankfully I still have my 94 Trans Am to drive.

Of course I expect them to honor their warranty for manufacturer defects. Mods is mods, but defective parts is defective parts. I do NOT expect them to cover anything caused by the mods I have. But how could a timing chain stretch, or a timing chain sensor fail, because of a turbo timer??? They are legally required to cover problems not caused by the mods. If it were to turn out that, for example, the exhaust melted a wire which therefor sent a false signal to the ECM, then of course I would expect to pay for the diagnostics and repair.

As I mentioned before, I find it amazing that they can tell me what caused the problem when they don't even know what the problem is.

The dealer where you brought it, is it the dealer where you bought the car? Either way, paint "lemon" on the back and side windows and go look to buy a new car from the same dealer you brought it to the first time- Make sure you park it somewhere right up front in the middle of the lot- (dont really look for a new car)

You state that you have a turbo-back exhaust and the stock tune? Are you running the stock cat, how about the downpipe?

Go to a different dealership. They can not refuse your repair unless they can prove without a doubt that the mods effected the part. Have them show you what mod caused the issue and how. If they can't explain it they have to fix it. Been there done that. It will get covered if you mods did not effect it. If it has been tuned before you are out of luck.
