Evo X Fog Light Air Duct

I was just wondering if there was an air duct on the market that would go where the fog light goes on the driver side to direct air flow towards the intake ? If not , then why not ? Just some thinking out loud here and maybe you guys could have an answer to why this wouldnt work/ be a good idea besides rain because I would be able to not drive my car on rainy days if I didn't want to

PS- Not sure if this is the correct location to post but if it isn't then I do apologize to the mods and if they could relocate it that would be great

The air restriction is not because there isn't enough air getting to the filter, its that the air cannot pass through the filter system at a well enough rate to suffice power demands. In other words, your bottle neck is not getting more air TO your filter, its getting more air THROUGH your filter.
