Everything looks okay besides "chassis lubricated" with every oil change?

I don't trust CARFAX at all. Not sure what has to get reported to them regarding accidents. But when I traded in my previous X, it had front and rear end body damage that was repaired (totaling 6K). New hood, hid headlight assembly, fender, and rear bumper. Checked the CARFAX after I traded it in to see what it would say, "No accidents/damage was reported". Had repairs done through my insurance as well.
Yes car fax is worthless. Have a close look at the body when it's very clean. Look for irregularities in the paint (looks like an orange peel) and inconsistent gaps between body panels. Even dealers will sell cars that have been repaired and not tell you. Happened to a friend of mine who bought a Taho

dealership and ask them to reference the VIN to ensure the warranty is still intact; well what's left of it. Overall the car looks very tidy.
