Sounds like motor mounts to me.... check them, if they're anything other then block rubber, you have after market, higher durometer motor mounts. Those will transmit much more vibration into the car.

Ahhhh F**k that's what I was hoping not to do... but idk what it could be though that would have it idle so low..because im pretty sure there is no form of tune or ecu mod... a stage 2 or 3 clutch wouldnt cause this wwould it?

Yea thats what I'm thinking. Just look at all the mounts. If they are red or pretty much anything other than black, there is your answer..

Well, think about it.. If the car is in neutral and idling, is the clutch doing any work that would make a vibration?

It REALLY sounds like motor mounts..

Look at the AMS description of their motor mounts..

The AMS Polyurethane Transmission Side Motor Mount will decrease transmission movement and result in more precise shifts and improved throttle response. This piece has a Durometer rating of 70A which will transmit less vibration through the cabin than other popular brands which use a harder polyurethane.

Features

Improves shifting and throttle response
Decreases Motor and transmission movement which in turn improves shifting and drivability.

Kit Includes

Motor Mount with Polyurethane Insert
Center Bushing

Specifications

Polyurethane Bushing Inserts
70A Durometer rating
Zinc plated center bushing

Applications

Mitsubishi Evolution 10 GSR & MR Models
Fits all USDM, JDM and European Models

Please Note:

Use of this mount will transmit more engine vibration into the passenger compartment

I also have a rough idle, and my car is completely stock. I'm yet to check the hose problem yet though, so mine's not an applicable case. That, and I would dare say the WHOLE car is shaking...just a rough idle at times.

I'd be hard pressed to say your motor mounts are failing so soon, but hey, maybe it's a lemon. Are you on warranty still?

Just checked all the mounts.....they are all stock with the japanese characters and all...i'm completely baffled by this. Its not the motor mounts, not the hose, its not a lemon i know that. They thing runs perfectly fine in motion and there is no noise being emitted from the engine compartment (besides the clutch engagement) The only thing i can think of is a bad tune or something like that? anything else that it could be??

Only other thing I can think of is some sort of vacuum leak.

Try a better brand of oil if you're using Mobil 1. After I switched to total, it's butter smooth now

There is NO WAY oil is doing what the OP is describing. Mobil 1 should be just fine for his car.

It's definitely mechanical / electrical from his description.

Is it possible to get the car on a lift while running? Use a stethoscope to pinpoint the noise area. That may help us figure out what is causing it.

Also can you give us snapshots of your engine bay?

The exhaust does spit at the rear of the car. It just sounds like its dying for air.
