which motor oil to use

Hi, Im not in US, and where I am is 38 degree on temp.

So my question is, which oil to use, is the mobil or castrol full syntetic 5w15 is fine for my country temperature?

My car is running 6.5k miles..

not an expert but I think that is way to thin. I would stick with 10w30.

Mobil 1 5W-30 is what Mitsu recommends.
