2010 Rebates still available?

Hey i was wondering if anybody knows for sure if mitsu is still offering factory rebates on 2010 models. edmunds lists them on their site, but the official mitsu site doesnt have any mention of them.

anybody work for mitsu or bought a 2010 recently can confirm or deny?

I was looking for a 2010 with incentives from Mitsubishi, but they were all gone when I was looking back in November. Waited until December and bought a 2011 with no rebates or incentives. That's the price for buying new, I guess. But I still got a decent deal from the dealer.

^--- By the time you use their Smash price and those rebates, it isn't much of a difference. I'd rather just pay for a new '11 than buy a '10 for a few k less. Diff pin update is worth it alone.

There was one '10 left in the northwest back in March that I knew of. And it was fully loaded, cost the same as a similar '11.

Nationwide inventory search shows;

2011 = 218 Evo's $33K to$45K ,
2010 = 27 Evo's $33K to $43K,
2008 = 5 Evo's $32K to $41K.

5 2008's is what caught my eye. The floor plan on those cars has to be killing those dealers. I would think that the dealers are ready to give them away (well not quite).

To my knowledge no MR has broken diff pins yet. Mainly because the transmission protects the drivetrain.

No official/public rebates. However, dealers do have incentives available to move them off of there lots.

+1

Pay more now for the 2011 to pay less later in case your diff pins back out. Also, it appears the 2011s now have the transfer case overfill issue fixed (or at least two people have checked it and found it was normal).
