MR/SE 60 Ft Question

Hi guys,
Im thinking about taking my car to the track soon and im wondering what kind of 60 ft number should be looking at since my its an MR. I looked that the MR/SE rank list of times and they didnt look quite impressive in ETs and MPH. My car is making about 400whp, all bolt-ons with upgraded FP red & SSP 500hp clutch packs. Thanks in advance and any advice is welcome!!!

Depends on a few different things, but anything higher than a 1.8 would not be good.

what special provisions have you made in the ecu/tcu for your newfound torque? this will likely be your limiting factor.

1.8-2.0 guessing on your setup..what's not impressive that I've seen we are all low 12s and can drive home.

Sorry but i really dont understand what you mean by provisions to ecu/tcu (noob) to the MR DCT world, what i can tell you is that it got tuned with open source and some TCU tables were adjusted but i cannot really tell the difference. The way i have practice the launch is S-Sport, asc off, manual mode, press brake hard and smash gas. The RPMs go up about 4800, the car "move" but without any force basically falls on his face and then hauls a$$. Let me know if you see something wrong with what im doing, all i can say is that comparing my launch to any car i feel it well over 2.0, i appreciate your time and effort for your advice, thank you!

well I can get a 1.8 60ft stock so with a bunch more power like you have I would think 1.7 do you have your 1st gear limiter adjusted?

Yeah I'm not too sure how an MR will launch to be honest, but for a GSR with 400whp I'd be hoping for atleast 1.7s if not 1.6s which should be good for a mid 11 second pass at roughly 120mph.

Thank you guys, im going to the track tonight i will be posting results. I've been practicing my launch and i think i got it dialed but for some reason i feel that bog for a split second and then goes. Once the car gets going, spins a lil in first and chirp second but that split second between the release of the brake and the go its what is making me wonder.....if you guys have any suggestions or recommendation they are welcome!!
