Hi, bit of help needed ...im just wondering what the situation is with the X Oil Cap fitments, i recently bought a ARC Oil Cap and was told it would fit my X aswell as ALL the other evo's 1-9....it didnt...the one i was sent was a push type with 2 metal prongs on it......apparently Honda & Nissan fit the X, i have a 200sx aswell and the oil cap from that is a bit too small and just slots in and out of the oil cap hole...
I was searching for the T1R Oil Cap, and it says it fits Nissan, Honda & Mitsi 08+?? I cant see how this can be right if the Nissan one i have does not fit?? I have also owned Honda civic's before...and my partner says Nissan & Honda are the same....so the Honda will not fit either in that case??? Do they have to be from a certain year/model Nissan & Honda?? Any ideas what Oil Caps actually fit straight on without issues?? Anyone got a Nissan/Honda Oil Cap on their X????

from what i have read here there is no specific oil cap for the evo x from ARC but i believe people have used the ones from the evo 8 and 9 as i have seen it on here.

i believe archibabes, lateflip, to mention a few has it.

 

the oil cap i got from ARC is ment for the 8 & 9 as iv read on here, its not screw type, its got 2 metal prongs on either side, like it locks in place im so confused lol, iv just seen the thread pitch for Nissan/Honda and Mitsi is M32 xP3.5, but Nissan does not fit?? arggghhh lol!
