HELP! Car shuts off while driving...

Hey guys, so at NO particular time, my car will just turn off while driving. Its a 2010 EVO X with some bolt on mods and a protune. The mods are as followed...
Hallman MBC
ETS turboback exhaust
HKS turbo timer
boost gauge
Cobb intake
Cobb accessport
Cobb IC hard pipe kit
Protune (381whp 392wtq)

Its happened a few times over the past couple months, but it happened twice last night. I just got the car tuned and did all the mods last month, but the "cut outs" were happening before that. The only mods i did before the tune was the turbo timer, boost gauge, and accessport. The car literally just loses power and cuts out when im driving and i dont feel safe driving the car now. Last night it happened twice in a span of 5 minutes. Im pretty confident in saying its not the battery/charging system because just the engine cuts out, everything else stays on. So when it happens, just the engine cuts out and all the accesories are still on. Then the car starts right back up like nothing ever happened. Please help! I have no clue where to even begin diagnosing so im coming to you guys for help before i take it to either the dealership or the tuning shop who tuned my car. Thanks in advance everyone, i really appreciate it.

I would lean towards the turbo timer. Disconnect that for a while and see what happens.

I'd say disconnect it. It sounds almost like the TT is sending the kill signal randomly. Isn't there just a plug in the back of the timer you can pull out? If not, you can try just disabling it and see what happens. It can't hurt.

Ya I'd have to agree. It's 100% the TT.

there should be an adaptor harness, if not, just cut the leads coming from the TT and no vehicle leads.

disconnect the black box too. That's probably the real brains anyways.
